Diablo directly applies the image mask to any standard coated screen in less than two minutes – at up to 1200 dpi. With Diablo, a washable mask is applied with a thermal transfer process, so there’s none of the film, ink or toner that can make electronic pre-press hellish. Diablo delivers outstanding print quality and accurate registration.
Images are digitally aligned on the screen for exceptional precision. It’s always right, the first time. A full-width printhead means there’s no banding. And high-density printing ensures great UV blocking. Using advanced thermal technology to speed the screen-making process, Diablo will change how you prepare screens forever.
