The Diablo Direct To Screen offering is the fastest and most flexible direct to screen system on the market. The full width Thermal print head can image at 15 linear inches per minute, much faster than conventional inkjet based technology, applying an image mask to conventionally coated screens in less than two minutes per frame, at up to 1200 dpi resolution.

The washable mask is applied with a thermal transfer process that eliminates the use of film, ink, toner, and chemicals. Diablo outputs a stencil directly onto a Screen thereby removing the interim step of having to produce the Film Positive.
