Having made the jump into digital imaging Chromagene recognised that ink jet digital printing lacked the speed necessary to be cost effective for volume large format printing. So in 2003 they moved into new 'state of the art' facilities in Navigation Park, Leeds and installed a complete large format full colour Screenprinting facility complete with an OYO XE5412 1200dpi Thermal Imagesetter.

The OYO Imager is the latest 1200dpi model, boasting true 1200x1200dpi resolution with the worlds only 1200dpi thermal printhead for very high quality screen rulings in excess of 100lpi and a maximum output width of 54" by any length.

With the help of the their Liberator XE Imagesetter Chomagene regularly print signage and POS with high quality 75lpi & 85lpi screen rulings.
